We're in the final two weeks with the UK Coaches so it's your last chance to take advantage of the expertise of these trainers. The coaches will be in the Rancho Simi Recreation Center for the final two weeks under the lights from 5 - 8pm.

Here's how it goes:

The UK coach will be at the Rancho Simi Recreation center Monday-Thursday from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.

You may sign up for your requested time slot at  http://www.cgisports.com/practice/5120/

Logon Using the following for the Username/Password:

Username: coach
Password: coach

Select your Division, Field, Time and week range that you are looking for. The schedule will pop up. Fill your name and team in the empty text box. When you first enter the info the text will be in BLUE, once your request has been approved the text will turn BLACK. If for some reason your request was not approved you will receive an email from the administrator explaining why. Please check the schedule the day before or the day of to confirm your request was approved.

You may sign up for three time slots over the six week period, and only ONE time slot per week. Please try to space out your time slots over the six week period to allow all teams the same opportunity to practice with the trainers.

Here's the special info about the last two weeks:

During the last two weeks we only have one coach and we lose the 5:30-7:00 time slot due to daylight savings. Ergo there will only be two time slots available each night. These will be the only two weeks that U12 and U14 will be able to sign up during the 4:00-5:30 time slot.
