Coach Training
Need to get certified to coach Fall
League AYSO Soccer? Plan to attend our clinic below for the
division you're coaching in.
Saturday, February 4th
at Arroyo Elementary, 225 Ulysses, Simi Valley
Late Registration and Sign In begins at 8:30 a.m.
All Classes Start at 9:00 a.m.
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes you can move in.

U8 – 201200195 U10 – 201200196 U12 – 201200197 INFO: If you haven’t turned in a volunteer form please fill one out online at www.eayso.org and bring 3 copies to the coach clinic. The CVPA will accept forms for Region 121 only. Come in clothes and shoes that you could “practice” in. It is Mandatory that you be certified in the Division you are coaching this Spring. So please make sure that you get certified at the above clinic.

TURNING IN VOLUNTEER FORMS
If you are volunteering this season, you must turn in a new updated volunteer form. Please log on to www.eayso.org and complete your volunteer form there. Print 3 copies. You will need to turn it in, in person so that we can check identification. You can turn it in at our coach clinics or contact your division director to see how.
