Top Ten Important Items All Parents Need To Know

1) All players must be registered to participate in practices and games.
2) No adults are allowed to practice with players or participate in games.
3) All coaches and assistant coaches must be registered, safe haven certified (for child protection) and certified in the division they are coaching.
4) All volunteers must be registered and safe haven certified.
5) AYSO supplies secondary injury insurance on all registered players and volunteers.
6) Zero tolerance prohibiting any comment or verbal harassment of youth referee volunteers with immediate ejection from the game.
7) Zero tolerance of pets near any players on the fields, sidelines or parking areas. Games will be cancelled immediately. Leave all pets at home!!!!!
8) Zero tolerance for profanity, smoking or alcoholic beverages near any player at any time.
9) Disrespect or verbal abuse of a Regional Board Member, Referee, Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Parent is an immediate two game suspension of the offending person.
10) Verbal threats or physical actions towards any Regional Board Member, Referee, Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Parent is immediate removal and permanent suspension from the AYSO Program.
