Boys & Girls, Ages 4-18
Cost:
$90 first child, $75 second, $50 third and more
VIP PROGRAM:
For children with special needs.
$35 per child. Includes: Insurance, Uniform, Pictures, and more!

AYSO is run by
volunteers; coaches, assistant coaches, teams parents, referees,
region board members, and more...they're all volunteers! If you know
that you are going to volunteer to fill one of these roles -- or
even if you think you might -- you must register as a volunteer at
www.eayso.org.

complete your registration for the upcoming season. Even if you
volunteered in the past you must complete, print 3 copies, and sign
a new registration form each and every year.
Your volunteer form needs to be turned in personally to our
Regional CVPA. Please
contact our Regional CVPA if you have any questions.
COACHES NEEDED!
Please sign up to
coach while you are registering your child. New coaches, please

to fill out a volunteer form and bring 3 copies with you.

reserved as a makeup day if needed)

– Saturdays Sept.18th-Nov. 20th

Age Groupings:The following table provides the breakdown by age for those players who are eligible to sign up and play during the Fall 2010 season.A birth certificate is required for any child that did not play in the Fall 2010 season.
