Region 121 Registration

Spring Registration

Season Dates: Saturday March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 10 and 24.

Regular Fee Registration - $80

If possible, please pre-register online at www.eayso.org. You will need to bring 3 copies of the online registration form and payment.

Late registrations will be accepted at Play It Again Sports after Dec 15th for a waiting list and used as needed to complete or to balance teams. Please submit a birth certificate if the player as not played with AYSO before.

Coaches

Please sign up to coach while you are registering your child. New coaches, please visit www.eayso.org to fill out a volunteer form and bring 3 copies with you. Fall coaches are good to go, just let us know you’re returning in spring!

ALL VOLUNTEERS
REGISTER AT EAYSO

AYSO is run by volunteers; coaches, assistant coaches, teams parents, referees, region board members, and more...they're all volunteers! If you know that you are going to volunteer to fill one of these roles -- or even if you think you might -- you must register as a volunteer at www.eayso.org.

Please go to www.eayso.org and complete your registration for the upcoming season. Even if you volunteered in the past you must complete, print 3 copies, and sign a new registration form each and every year. Your volunteer form needs to be turned in personally to our Regional CVPA. Please contact our Regional CVPA if you have any questions.

ONLINE TRAINING NOW AVAILABLE FOR VOLUNTEERS

AYSO National has launched a Online Certification & Training website for all registered volunteers. Currently, 6 courses are available:
     Safe Haven for Referees
     Safe Haven for Coaches
     Basic Management
     Treasurer 1
     U-8 Coach
     U-10 Coach
Additional courses are currently under development. The AYSO online training and certification courses will be developed over the next couple of years. Keep an eye out there to see if the course you are interested in is available.

In order to take any of the courses on the AYSO Training website, you must be registered with E*AYSO and have your AYSO ID number. If you’re interested in taking one of these courses, please contact your Regional CVPA or your Division Director for your AYSO ID number. To access this site, please log on to www.aysotraining.org.

The following table provides the breakdown by age for those players who are eligible to sign up and play during the Fall 2009 season.
A birth certificate is required for any child that did not play in the Fall 2009 season.
