Fall 2008 Registration

Walk-up Registration has completed for fall.

 

You can fill out the registration forms online at www.eayso.org. Please print 3 copies and bring them with you. If you have any problems
with the online registration process, please contact AYSO National at 866-588-2976 or via e-mail at eaysosupport@ayso.org.

NOTE: In keeping with the AYSO tenant of 'Balanced Teams', NO requests for special placement can be honored.

Age Groupings:

The following table provides the breakdown by age for those players who are eligible to sign up and play during the Fall 2008 season. 
A birth certificate is required for any child that did not play in the Fall 2008 season.
